Due to the personal nature of our products, we accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We strive for excellence and will prioritize sending a replacement or finding a suitable resolution.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please email us directly at natureskeepersoapco@outlook.com. Include your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items arrived damaged.
