2. Handcrafted Products
Our products are made in small batches with botanical ingredients. Due to this artisanal nature, slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or integrity of the products.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those with pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping times are estimates. Nature’s Keeper Soap Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not accept returns for used items. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged goods.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
